Oral Paper Presentation Guide:

Each paper has a 15-minutes slot, where the presentation time is 12 minutes, and 3 minutes remain for QA. A projector and a notebook/computer is equipped in the conference hall for oral presentations.

Each oral paper has to be presented by an author. The presenter should go to the oral session and check the validation of his/her presentation file in the coffee break (or lunch break) immediately before the starting time of the oral session.

Poster Paper Presentation Guide

The poster session lasts for 90 minutes. The poster board is of 116 cm x 57 cm (vertical length x horizontal length). Please prepare your poster within this size limitation.

Each poster paper has to be presented by at least one authors. The presenters should put their posters on the respective boards in the lunch break immediately before the starting time of the poster session.

Camera-Ready Submission (Due: Feb 28, 2018)

For authors with accepted papers, please send your camera-ready to the Publication Co-Chair, Prof Huei-Yung Lin of National Chung Cheng University, with the email address: before Feb 28, 2018. Also, it is required that at least one author per paper should complete the registration with “full registration” before the camera-ready due date on Feb 28.

The paper length for camera ready, either poster or oral, is limited to 4 pages, including all text, figures and references. When submitting your camera-ready, please also attach an image (preferable 1200x900 or 300 dpi) for illustration. This image will be placed in the APMAR’18 Workshop Guide with the abstract to better represent your work.

Review Process:

Single blind review. Authors should put their names and affiliations on the paper submitted. The names of the reviewers are hidden from the authors.
